CleanLinks is a networking platform for creating high-value interactions between business professionals in the fields of cleantech, renewable energy, energy efficiency and related environmental sectors. Participants include entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, law firms, investment banks and other community business leaders interested in cleantech business growth. SJF established CleanLinks with the purpose of providing regional opportunities for professional networking, collaboration, education and business development in order to support and grow entrepreneurship in clean industries.
Over the past two years, SJF, along with regional partners in NYC and Council for Entrepreneurial Development in Raleigh-Durham, have organized over 15 successful networking events which received tremendous enthusiasm from the cleantech community generating crowds of over 350 in NYC and 150 in RTP. These events have maintained their high demand and clearly indicate a growing need for high quality, efficient business networking.
In 2011, the Raleigh-Durham CleanLinks will offer an expanded program of activity including a series of CleanLinks Forums, which will highlight key cleantech companies, policies and best practices around the North Carolina region. As with prior CleanLinks events, there will be an extended period of time following the Forums for ample networking opportunities.
